Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 2.30 pm Check-out: 10.00am
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes, please press the Blue Bell on the access intercoms to gain entry after hours.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Up to 11am free, then anything after will occur a charge. This is subject to availability, please enquire at Reception
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
Bookings made 14 days prior to arrival, a deposit to the value of one night’s accommodation is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be settled on arrival at Ocean Royale Apartments.
Ocean Royale Apartments does not charge credit card fees.
Q: What are the reception hours?
The reception hours are:
8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
9am – Noon Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes we booked all Gold Coast theme parks and attractions, please contact Reception for details
