Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

Bookings made 14 days prior to arrival, a deposit to the value of one night’s accommodation is required to secure your booking.
The balance is to be settled on arrival at Ocean Royale Apartments.
Ocean Royale Apartments does not charge credit card fees.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of a No-Show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The reception hours are:

8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
9am – 12 noon Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

After hours arrivals: Please dial 278 on the after hours phone.

Standard house rules apply and are supplied to each apartment.
